Workplace accidents DO happen but proper accident investigation can go a long way in ensuring it doesn’t happen again. This module will include all the required accident investigation steps - from securing the accident scene, conducting the investigation, interviewing witnesses to working with the Ministry of Labour (MOL), reporting procedures and assisting the employer with corrective action. It will also outline proper follow-up procedures.
